Crizelonsrhrex understands that circumstances may change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled photoshoot session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session may be subject to a cancellation fee. Crizelonsrhrex will work with you to find a suitable solution.
You may reschedule your photoshoot session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.
Crizelonsrhrex is committed to delivering high-quality photoshoot services. If you are not satisfied with your session experience, please contact us within 7 days of your session date.
Resolution Options: We will work with you to address concerns, which may include additional editing, a reshoot session, or other appropriate solutions based on the circumstances.
Digital photographs delivered by Crizelonsrhrex are considered final products. Once images are delivered and downloaded, refunds are not available. However, we offer reasonable revisions to editing if requested within 14 days of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Crizelonsrhrex will notify you once the refund has been processed.
