By booking a photoshoot session with Crizelonsrhrex, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
All photoshoot sessions require a booking confirmation and deposit payment. Full payment is due before or on the day of your session. Crizelonsrhrex accepts various payment methods as discussed during booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur charges.
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Crizelonsrhrex reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Safety: During the session, clients must follow safety guidelines and photographer instructions. Crizelonsrhrex is not liable for injuries resulting from client negligence.
Crizelonsrhrex retains copyright to all photographs taken during sessions. Clients receive usage rights for personal purposes. Commercial use requires written permission and may incur additional fees.
Portfolio Use: Crizelonsrhrex may use selected images for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Edited images are typically delivered within 7-14 business days after your session. Delivery times may vary based on package selected and current workload. Crizelonsrhrex will notify you if delays are expected.
Crizelonsrhrex's liability is limited to the value of the photoshoot package purchased. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought to sessions.
